We are looking for somebody who is reliable, meticulous, motivated, and skilled in various aspects of construction. **Work is year-round and mostly full time and pay for the position of Skilled Labourer will be determined by experience ($26-30 / hour)**.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 4+ years relevant experience required
- High-School Diploma a minimum, with related training and/or trade certificates an asset
- Full Driver’s Licence and own fully insured vehicle (with the possibility of carpooling in a work vehicle)
- Clean background (online background check required)
- Personable and able to interact appropriately with customers and suppliers; must be a good representation of the company
- Physically fit (can lift 50+ lbs) and able to work extended hours when required
- Punctual, reliable, and accountable for tools/materials being used on site
- Able to anticipate what is required to keep each worksite running smoothly and efficiently; must communicate site needs to the Project Manager
- Must be able to travel across the GTA for projects; applicants must be local (no out-of-province or international applicants)

**Qualifications and Skills**

The Skilled Labourer position is for somebody who is experienced and confident in using various hand
- and power-tools for the following areas of renovations:

- home/interior framing
- exterior carpentry (decks/fences)
- steel framing (commercial)
- drywall installation & taping
- door & window installation
- finish carpentry
- hardwood flooring installation
- tile installation
- good knowledge of various trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- ability to read construction drawings an asset.
