**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. English is must & you will win if you know Cantonese or Mandarin. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs will be key to your success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, while upselling specials and promotions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help both guests and team members alike.

Pay: $16.55-$18.08 per hour
