Responsibilities:

- Conduct mobile patrols to multiple client sites during night shifts.
- Ensure guards are present, properly uniformed, and performing duties as per site post orders.
- Provide on-the-spot supervision, coaching, and support to guards.
- Respond to incidents or emergencies at client sites.
- Prepare detailed incident and activity reports for all events attended.
- Verify that guards are following company policies, health & safety rules, and client-specific procedures.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure access points are secure, equipment is working, and post orders are up to date.
- Address guard performance issues immediately and report findings to management.
- Document and communicate any client concerns or feedback.
- Provide reassurance through visible presence and professional conduct.
- Complete nightly supervision logs and submit them to Operations.
- Ensure company vehicle and equipment are maintained, fueled, and in good working condition.

**Skills**:

- 1 to 2 years of Mobile guard Experience needed
- Law enforcement experience a bonus
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation
- Use of Force Certificate (required)
- Should have own Vehicle with G license (required)
- Should have own Smart phone to complete and submit reports.

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
- CPR training (required)
- Use of Force (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Toronto, North york (as requirement)
- Own Vehicle (required)
