We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Project Manager to join our team in Edmonton.

**Job Overview**:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ICI construction projects, from planning through to completion. You will oversee the project team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring proper communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- **Budget & Cost Management**: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring the project remains within budget. Prepare and review cost estimates, change orders, and manage procurement processes.
- **Scheduling**: Oversee the project schedule, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met. Address any delays or challenges that arise.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure construction activities comply with contract specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve any issues promptly, and maintain safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Progress Reporting**: Provide regular updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders on project status, budget, and schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for ICI construction projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in project scheduling and cost management software.
- Ability to interpret and enforce construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- **Certifications**: PMP, LEED accreditation, or other relevant certifications are an asset.
- **Location**: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Edmonton, AB.
