We are looking for a **Product Merchandise Administrator** to support our womenswear team in product development and marketing. This role is at the intersection of fashion and technology—supporting traditional merchandising functions while embracing new digital tools, data-driven insights, and AI-powered systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the product journey.
Reporting to the Director, Merchandising, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for fashion. It is an exciting opportunity to learn the merchandise function of an iconic Canadian retailer. This entry-level role provides valuable exposure to the buying team, offering hands-on learning and potential for future career advancement
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with merchandising team to coordinate sample delivery, verification and providing outfit styling recommendations to the team
- Maintain buying working documents
- Support data entry requirements for purchase orders and assist with purchase order Monthly Control verification against Fashion plans
- Assist with maintaining fabric and colour library including lab dip management
- Support in coordinating and scheduling all aspects of eCommerce photoshoots on monthly and quarterly timelines.
- Point of contact for web product content inquiries from cross functional partners.
- Support the Marketing team with sample collections and coordination for special projects initiatives.
- Maintenance of all samples for buying, technical design and marketing
**Qualifications**:
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Fashion Merchandising, Business or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and retail management systems.
- Experience working with AI
- Excellent communication-written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills with the ability to multitask priorities.

- Passion for fashion retail and curiosity about how technology is shaping the industry’s future.
