**Client Service Administrator**

**Position Overview**

As the Client Service Administrator, you will be a part of a dynamic team, that provides an exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments and changes and plan updates, as required. As a technically savvy individual, you will provide administrative support to the Client Service Specialists through the completion of Portal Updates, written communications and other adhoc duties.

***Key Responsibilities**

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail for the client service team
  • Filing enrolments and member change requests as appropriate
  • Support portal approvals process for standard transactions
  • Completing written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors
  • Supporting the month end billing cycle
  • Data entry
  • Adhoc duties as required

  • Decision Making - Applies guidelines and procedures that require some interpretation when dealing with exceptions. Makes appropriate independent decision in non-routine situations. Considers the risks and consequences of action and decisions.
  • Attention to Detail - Able to accomplish and complete tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all areas involved, regardless of how small. Monitors and checks work or information, while organizing time and resources efficiently with high level of accuracy.
  • Resilience - Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with multiple competing deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**

  • 2+ years of experience in group benefits industry (call centre, claims, group administration)
  • 2+ years of experience working Client focused with commitment for service excellence
  • College or university degree would be an asset
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset
