We're Looking For A Professional Driver to deliver food products in our vehicles.

Falcon Logistics is looking to hire part-time help in Ottawa and surround areas. This is a part-time position. Vehicle will be provided.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Driver is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of food products between food production facilities and local destinations, both wholesale grocery stores, and customer home delivery locations.
- Start and finish from our location in Ottawa, ON.
- Making Multiple local deliveries throughout the day
- Manually loading and unloading product from vehicle
- You will be responsible for the safe operations of vehicle.

Main Job Duties Are Described Below:

- Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of food products in Ontario.
- Ability to store delivery vehicle at your home location.
- Ensure all products are picked up as scheduled for customers.
- Ensure accuracy and record all deliveries in automated routing system.
- Act as the representative of the company and must be courteous, informative and professional at all times.
- Responsible for the safety and security of the vehicle at all times
- Delivery to Customer Homes and Grocery Stores

Qualifications:

- Criminal background verification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid G driver’s license with 3-year clean driving abstract - vehicle operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds(lbs)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial driver/courier role
- Able to demonstrate a positive approach and a friendly attitude combined with focus for quality
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent communications skills
- The ability to adapt to changing schedules if required

**Note**: This role includes variability in shift start/finish timings based on job location. Shift timings and scheduled days of work may change from time to time based on business requirements; therefore, flexibility in your schedule is a job requirement.
