**Payroll & Billing Administrator**

Atlantic Road Construction & Paving is a well established heavy civil construction company specializing in mass excavation, drilling & blasting, pipe & underground utilities, concrete placement and asphalt paving. Our company has seen tremendous growth over the past several years and we are looking for a Payroll & Billing Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the successful hire will be responsible for payroll and billing functions within the ARCP group of companies.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant post-secondary education or two years of equivalent experience.
- Experience using Sage 50
- Extremely confident working in Microsoft Excel
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Able to process transactions accurately in large volumes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good work ethic and positive attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage all aspects of payroll, including inputting hours, calculating deductions, processing new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reports.
- Preparing ROE and T4 slips.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions about payroll and benefits.
- Administer some billing functions within the group of companies.
- Other duties as required
