We are currently seeking an individual for a **Residential Building Superintendent** Position.

**A little bit about you**:

- Currently looking for a challenging self-management position.
- Local to the Edmonton area or able to reliably commute every day. Living in the building as an onsite Superintendent is an option.
- Knowledge of residential construction and residential maintenance.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to conduct work while standing, bending, crawling, lifting, climbing, pulling, and reaching.
- Ability to conduct work in confined spaces, on ladders, and comfortable working from heights.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Possess high attention to detail, can work productively, take pride in your workmanship, and perform tasks correctly.
- Cut lawns, perform minor landscaping, and snow removal.
- Collect rents, show suites, and execute leases, as required.

**Safety requirements**:

- Must follow all OHS rules and regulations as well as Shamrock Properties rules and procedures.

- Paid Spot Overtime as required

**Experience**:

- Managing building and maintenance duties.
- Work on site with mínimal supervision, self-starter and self-motivated.

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
