ClearWater CarWash is a technologically advanced express car wash, that utilizes state of the art computer systems and mechanical components in its wash system. ClearWater CarWash is currently seeking applicants to join our team in the role of Lead Maintenance in our new car wash in St. Albert location.

ClearWater CarWash is a high paced, rewarding work environment, with a key focus on safety, efficiency, and providing a top-quality level of service to all customers. The Lead Maintenance is responsible for the continual operation of the site and all its internal components, which can be measured by its downtime.
- Develop a maintenance program including creating manuals and lead site managers in repairs and maintenance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipments.
- Preform all service and routine maintenance on operating system components in compliance with all ClearWater CarWash procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Identify and troubleshoot issues occurring with mechanical systems
- Report and maintain accurate Maintenance Logs in accordance with ClearWater CarWash standards
- Report and maintain accurate records of routine ClearWater CarWash maintenance checklists
- Ability to work with heavy loads
- Have strong user knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pump systems
- Ability to assist with Staff duties when required
- Develop and maintain health and safety program.
- Excellence in safety leadership and continuing involvement with safety meetings and policies
- Compliance with all ClearWater CarWash policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work during off hours to prevent operation disruption
- Have working knowledge of computer systems
- full Microsoft Suite
- Excellence in customer service
- Ability to be an Ambassador for ClearWater CarWash in the community
- Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Albert, AB T8N 5E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Preventative maintenance: 3 years (required)
