The NEW Holiday Inn Express in Chilliwack, BC has recently opened, and we are currently looking for **Laundry Attendants** to join our team in beautiful Chilliwack, BC. At the Holiday Inn Express, we believe in taking care of our people, so they will take care of our guests. The Housekeeping Department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment. **Job Requirements**:

- Take initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from our guests
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Thoroughly understand and implement brand service culture
- Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
- Able to work independently
- Adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 30 lbs, stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend and crawl, squat, and crouch.
- Operates, maintains, and cleans laundry equipment according to company standards
- The ability to work well with a team
- Must be flexible in work hours to accommodate last minute changes in scheduling
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Perform other duties as required
