Sudbury Performance Group is a vibrant organization established in 2017, dedicated to the performance arts, including theatre, comedy, and music. We provide local talent with a platform to shine through our dinner theatre productions and main stage musicals, while also hosting renowned professional comics and musicians at various events throughout the year.
**Summary**
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sudbury Performance Group. This role is essential in managing various aspects of our performance events and ensuring seamless operations. Located in Sudbury, Ontario, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional entertainment experiences to our community.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of performance events.
- Manage schedules and logistics for rehearsals, performances, and festivals.
- Communicate effectively with artists, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management for events.
- Provide excellent guest services during performances to enhance audience experience.
- Market events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.
- Experience in customer service or guest relations is highly valued.
- Basic understanding of budgeting principles is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours during event days.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: $17.07-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
