**Client Meeting Support: Be the Right Hand**
- Attend **client meetings** alongside the Certified Financial Planner.
- Capture **key discussion points and action items** with meticulous notes.
- Prepare **meeting agendas and supporting materials** to ensure productive discussions.
- Draft and send **concise meeting summary notes** to clients post-meeting.
**Client Relationship Management: Build Lasting Connections**
- Proactively **schedule and confirm** client and prospect meetings, managing the advisor’s calendar.
- **Follow up** with clients post-meeting to ensure all action items are completed.
- Serve as a **secondary point of contact** for client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
- **Foster strong, trusting relationships** with clients through exceptional service.
**Marketing & Business Development: Drive Our Growth**
- Research and identify **prospective clients** and business development opportunities.
- Craft **compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals** to attract new clients.
- Manage and update the company’s **website and social media presence**.
- Generate **leads** and book **initial consultations**, playing a direct role in business growth.
**Administrative Support & Workflow Management: Keep Us Organized**
- Maintain **client files and records** with accuracy and organization.
- Manage **CRM system (Equisoft)**, ensuring data integrity and effective client tracking.
- Coordinate seamlessly with our **administrative assistant**, delegating tasks efficiently.
**Compliance & Industry Knowledge: Stay Ahead of the Curve**
- Keep up with **industry trends, regulations, and best practices** in financial services.
- Adhere to all **compliance requirements** and ethical standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of all activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
**Deliverables Management**:
- Create and track a **prioritized list of deliverables** for the advisor.
- Provide daily updates on outstanding **tasks and deadlines**.
- Ensure timely completion of **critical action items**.
**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Post-secondary education** in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in financial services, wealth management, marketing, or sales is highly desirable.
- **Exceptional communication skills** (written and verbal) with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- **Strong organizational and time management skills**, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A **keen eye for detail** and commitment to accuracy.
- **Proven initiative-taking skills** and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with **CRM software (Equisoft preferred)** is an asset.
- Ability to handle **confidential information** with discretion and professionalism.
- **Client-centric mindset** and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- **Willingness to pursue** industry designations or certifications (e.g., **LLQP, CFP**) is a strong plus.
