- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/colleges etc.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Conduct and analyze applicants and market to choose efficient recruiting and hiring methods
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting and/or professional services experience preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media and the internet
- Ability to work under pressure to fill positions
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to make presentations to large groups of applicants
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
