As a Member Services Coordinator at MYo Lab, you'll be a crucial part of our members' healthcare journey, directly influencing their path to optimal wellness**.**With over 4,500 members served and 600+ 5-star Google reviews, we're seeking passionate A-Players ready to revolutionize healthcare delivery.

**Your Mission**:
Drive exceptional health outcomes by ensuring members complete their recommended care programs efficiently and effectively. You'll be instrumental in:

**Hours & Availability**:
**We operate**:

- Sundays: 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- Mondays: 8:15 AM - 6:30 PM & 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays: 8:15 AM - 8:30 PM
- Fridays: 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM

**The position is part-time (20-25 hours/week).**

**Interview Process**:

- Reference check (top 2 references required
- must be in a management position from a prior position you held within the last 3 years)
- Virtual interview with Office Manager
- Skills and personality assessment
- In-person interview with the Management Team
- A working interview to demonstrate your natural abilities
