**What you can expect to do here**:
- Conduct testing in accordance with company processes and national standards.
- Perform testing on soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Ensure the laboratory is kept in a safe, clean, and tidy condition, and that equipment is maintained and in good working order.
- Uphold the security of the laboratory and its confidential records.
- Report all non-conforming product test samples in line with quality procedures and store them until their related issues are resolved.
**What you'll bring to WSP**:
- Prior experience in laboratory testing, particularly with soils, aggregates, and concrete.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision within a small team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as MS Office suite.
