**COMMERCIAL LEAD GLAZIER**

**About us**

Baywest Glazing fabricates and installs curtain wall, storefront, entranceways, interior glass and large windows in the Fraser Valley and greater Vancouver. We are currently seeking a Lead Glazier to oversee & work with a small crew of 2 - 6 installers to serve our growing cliental.

**Competencies**:

- Has 5 - 10 years experience as a glazer and is currently leading crews
- Takes ownership for results
- Is a learner who is developing professionally
- Is a team player who communicates effectively
- Is skilled and knowledgeable with a passion for glazing
- Can solve problems

**Responsibilities**:

- Comprehends construction drawings
- Communicates with Project Managers
- Sets up jobs
- Instals glazing systems to high standards
- Provides ongoing feedback on job status
- Ensures safety on the site for your crew
- Is a friendly, professional representative of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36.00-$42.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- commercial glazing: 5 years (required)
