**Responsibilities**
- Process client deliverables into their final state, coordinate signatures and deliver finished product to clients
- Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlines
- Uphold electronic and paper filing systems
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Maintain & update spreadsheets for tracking of client deliverables
- Contribute to the development of new idea and approaches to improve work processes
- Develop a thorough understanding of internal programs and processes
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime, if required
- Back up reception duties as required
**Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment
- Bookkeeping knowledge and/or experience would be an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
