**Seasonal Ice Cream Scooper**

Would you like to scoop ice cream for a living?

**What we are looking for**:

- Confidents to provide frequent ongoing training while working the floor and leading by example along side your team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that are exercised regularly through daily communication with your team, customers and other staff.
- An ability to manage time and tasks to provide a excellent customer experience.
- An overwhelming love of ice cream. You’ll get to try out all the flavours

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Smile Provide a welcoming, fun loving environment for both our staff and customers
- Communicate with your team members effectively about orders, inventory, maintenance and repairs and employee and customer support
- Daily tasks including scooping, store cleanliness, stocking, inventory
- Answer the phone and questions about ice cream, products and services
- Prepare ice cream scoops and fresh waffle cones while creating a friendly and energetic environment for customers
- Be proactive around the store when it comes to customer support and keeping the store re-stocked and clean
- Always ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed at all times as well as understanding company policies and guidelines.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- At least 16 years of age.
- Food Handler Certificate (Can be obtained after).
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Prior cashier / retail experience a plus.
- Outgoing with exceptional customer service skills.
- Schedule flexibility, able to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to multi-task and follow instructions. Ability to work as a team player toward the common goal of giving customers an exceptional retail food experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
