**Job Title**: Office Administrative Assistant

**Salary**: Starting at $17.00/hr

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at our fish processing plant in Lockeport, Nova Scotia. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Maintain filing systems, both paper and digital.
- Establish and follow office procedures.
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Compile data and support research activities.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
