- Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, an active listener
- Insurance broker license (RIBO) is a must. Being licensed in multiple provinces will be considered an asset
- 2+ years of experience with personal lines insurance

- Achieve and excel monthly sales quotas
- Accurately record client activities in the company’s database
