**Chief Financial Officer**

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business growth and profitability goals.
- Provide critical financial analysis to senior leadership, supporting decision-making processes.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and uphold financial policies and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity to support operational needs and growth initiatives.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Inspire and lead the finance team to achieve high standards of performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US and Canadian laws, including tax and regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to implement key business strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- CPA or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including at least 5 years in a senior financial management position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of US and Canadian financial regulations.
- Experience in e-commerce industries is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
