Toronto, Canada Lightspeed Commerce Full time

**What you'll be doing**:

- Responsible for engaging with and finding top talent (e.g. attend recruitment events, job boards, strategic sourcing initiatives, creating relationships with local schools, etc.)
- Act as an advocate and coach Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of Lightspeed's overall sourcing, recruitment hiring plan and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective business relationships with hiring managers and senior management.

**What you need to bring**:

- Proven experience hiring for Corporate Functions and Go-to-Market positions at all levels
- Ability to communicate both in written and oral form in French and English fluently.
- Successful experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
- An authentic commitment to diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
