**About Us**:
Best West Pet Foods is a leading pet supply retailer with 14 locations across Manitoba and Northern Ontario. Our passion for pets drives everything we do and we are looking for a creative and motivated individual to help us elevate and maintain our online presence.

**Position**:
Full-Time Online Content Creator, Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:

- Design visually appealing artwork for social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
- Capture, edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing purposes
- Create engaging graphics for in-store signage, posters and promotional materials

Social Media Management:

- Manage and update social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and Google Business
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across all social media platforms
- Maintain and update business information across all platforms
- Monitor social media engagement, trends and performance metrics
- Promote in-store events and sales via social media campaigns
- Plan and execute online contests, event promotions and live-on-location activities
- Monitor and respond to Google Reviews

Website Maintenance:

- Create and update web pages, banners and promotions
- Update product listings and photos
- Measure web traffic and user engagement to optimize performance

**Qualifications**:

- Must be tech savvy and experienced in Digital Marketing as well as Social Media Management
- Proficiency in graphic design tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Ads & Analytics, HTML and CSS
- Knowledgeable in keywords and SEO
- Basic photography skills using DSLR camera
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt to a face-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Passion for pets and the pet industry is a plus
