We offer above market base salary ($35,000 - $40,000 annually) + commission ($40,000 to $120,000 per year). Easily make over $100,000 per year after developing knowledge and demonstrating hard work and sales ability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Build relationships with customers to establish trust and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product advancements to ensure we are offering the latest and greatest products to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on electronics and home theater equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
