**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Works with CDMO to generate and review proposals, SOW’s, and change orders
- Serves as main point of contact for CDMO clients
- Leads and manages the product launch and technology transfer processes with the CDMO’s clients
- Leads, tracks, follows up and monitors project timelines, scope and budget to ensure alignment with project deliverables
- Coordinates and ensures that documents are provided to the CDMO’s clients and that requests are met in a timely manner
- Leads meetings consisting of cross functional teams to address CDMO’s clients’ requests
- Leads and manages other Project Managers on the various streams of the project
- Makes use of appropriate project management tools such as MS Project, actions logs and others as required
- Provides updates to Senior Management, as well as escalates issues impacting timelines and/or deliverables

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- Team player and able to work independently with little or no supervision
