**Summary**
The Supervisor position at The Chickenburger is critical to maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring quality food service, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a fast-paced, high-volume quick-service restaurant with a long-standing reputation in the community, The Chickenburger requires strong leadership at all times to oversee staff, uphold food safety and quality standards, and provide excellent service to customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Structure, deploy and engage the team to ensure all duties are completed efficiently each shift.
- Manages, balances, and takes overall responsibility for cash management during the shift.
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments.
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Manages appropriate inventory levels during shifts in varying stations.
- Prepare food and drinks with efficiency.
- Trains, coaches and develops the team, keeping them growing and motivated.
- Expedite and assemble orders for prompt service.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the store, ensuring a safe environment for guests, crew members, and oneself.
- Any other duties as required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in managing people (within the hospitality industry preferred)

**Compensation**
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
This position is also eligible to receive tips, which vary by shift and season
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
