A regular day for you will include:

- Providing exceptional and professional service on every interaction and building rapport with our customers
- Receiving and placing customer service calls regarding any product/billing issues, service questions and general client inquiries
- Resolving problems by clarifying the customer’s challenge and offering the best solution for EdenPark and our customers.
- Assisting customers in making changes to their payment arrangements, banking information and insurance records
- Friendly and helpful onboarding calls with new customers

Must haves- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.- You have amazing conflict resolution skills and the ability to make decisions independently.- You remain calm while solving issues and have the patience to deescalate difficult situations.- You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Extra
- awesome to have:
- Previous experience in a call-center, automotive related business, or financial services organization- Post-secondary education

Working conditions:
- 3 required in-person workdays and 2 remote days (hybrid)- You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 8:30 AM to 8 PM EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.
