As a Recruitment Specialist at FLINT, you will take the lead in attracting top-tier corporate talent across departments such as Finance, Marketing, Environment, and Operations. In this full-time, in-office position, you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies and play a key role in strengthening FLINT's reputation as an employer of choice. This is a 6-month temporary opportunity ideal for a hands-on professional who can move quickly, deliver results, and thrive in a competitive talent market.

**What would you be doing?**
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill these roles.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives and build a strong talent network.

- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and requirements.
