We're looking for a **full-time dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator** to cover a mat leave (but with potential to become a permanent position) and be the guiding light in our patients' dental journeys About Us: At Sky Dental, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch dental care with a personal touch. The Role: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our skilled dental team and our valued patients. This role is a unique role splitting between Treatment Coordination and helping with back-end operations on an "as needed" basis. Your mission is to ensure that every patient's experience is seamless, informed, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey: **Responsibilities**: - Personalized Care: Create tailored treatment plans with directive from the dentist and office manager, clearly explaining procedures, timelines, and costs to patients. - Coordination Mastery: Schedule appointments, ensuring treatments fit seamlessly into patients' lives. - Financial Guidance: Provide transparent cost breakdowns, explore insurance options, and discuss flexible payment plans. - Effective Communication: Bridge the gap and being able to explain in lay terms, ensuring accurate information exchange. - Assisting in the clinic when required. Qualifications: - Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Dental background or experience. - Strong understanding of dental insurances.
