**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Maintain effective communication with guests to address concerns and enhance their experience.
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and attract new guests.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within the hospitality industry.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and supervising staff is essential.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
