**Ability, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Able to work independently and have a history of strong work ethic
- Close attention to detail; high standard for cleanliness and hygienic environment
- Knowledge and understanding of WHMIS and MSDS information sheets
- Must be physically capable to perform all required duties such as: strip, seal and wax floors and safely lift up to 40 lbs.

**Hours of work**: 4.0 hr/day, Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 11:00am - Head Caretaker

4.0 hr/day, Mon-Fri, 11:00am to 11:45am and 12:45pm to 4:00pm - Caretaker

**Salary**:According to the Collective Agreement
