Reporting to the RTW Coordinator, the Store RTW (Return to Warehouse) is responsible for processing paperwork for merchandise and miscellaneous receiving, and any associated paperwork required for the warehouse receiving.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To receive, date and sign purchase orders, ensuring that they are all accounted for and match paperwork received.
To ensure all discrepancies are noted on receiving packing slips, and that the changes are communicated to the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure that box quantities received match the shipper waybill/manifest.
The Receiver must sign off on boxes received and the conditions of the boxes are inspected for damages or potential shortage.
The merchandise style numbers must match all receiving documents and related purchase orders.
To ensure all discrepancies and paperwork issues are reported to the Warehouse Manager.
To assist with physical counts and merchandise adjustments when necessary.
Assist in other warehouse related duties when available or as required by the Warehouse Manager or Coordinator, RTW.
**COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, TRAITS) AND QUALIFICATIONS**
Previous Warehouse experience preferred.
Experience in a fashion retail environment is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Demonstrated success in a multi-tasking, deadline-oriented, environment with ability to prioritize decisions accurately.
Good organizational, planning and problem solving skills.
**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
