Are you seeking a customer service role where you’ll be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to problem solving, safety and helping grow customer relationships?

Kal Tire is seeking a Front Counter / Service Advisor to join our busy team onsite in Stoney Creek. As a new team member, you’ll learn Kal Tire products and process and help or customers with their vehicle repair needs.

**Responsibility’s**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide estimates as needed, recommend necessary services and parts, update customer on status of vehicle.
- Responds to customer inquiries & concerns in a timely and respectful manner, over the phone and in person.
- Review workorders with technicians, present and discus any additional work needed with customers.
- Ordering parts and tires needed for appointments.
- Booking appoints

**Qualifications**:

- Retail sales or service experience in a face pace environment
- Ability to negotiate and sell
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problem solve and multitask
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software’s

**Hours**:

- Full Time **40/hrs **week
- Monday - Saturday
- Within the hours of: 7:30am - 6pm
- Overtime opportunities available
- Never work Sundays or Holidays
