- Handling of building keys and setting security alarm
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on maintaining a positive environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform physical tasks including some light lifting

*Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
