We are looking for an **Organizational Change Consultant** for a **12 month contract** in** Saskatoon, Saskatchewan**, with possible extensions. **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**

**This is a hybrid position with a requirement to work in-person at the office, 3 days per week.**

**Role Description**
The Organizational Change Consultant will play a critical role in helping our client navigate significant transitions. You will facilitate smooth transitions by focusing on people, communication and effective strategies to drive successful change within the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop actionable and targeted change management strategies and plans, and lead execution in consultation with sponsors, teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor and report on status and effectiveness of change management plans to the project sponsor and customer on a weekly/monthly basis as required
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Business Lead to ensure change management activities are effective
- Monitor and report the status and effectiveness of the change management plan to the project sponsor monthly or as required
- Develop organization change plan and strategy, leading the execution and integration with project management plans
- Identify and report risks through the project, and develop and execute risk mitigation tactics
- Develop a training plan to identify learning needs and provide a source of instructional design and delivery, while managing touchpoints with the learning department
- Support the business and project team with the completion of business readiness assessments
- Collaborate with HR and applicable stakeholders to design and implement changes to jobs, organizational structure, workforce transition and other practices to support change
- Complete a post-implementation review, reinforcement and audit plan
- Coach leaders at all levels of the organization to ensure people change impacts are understood and management to achieve successful adoption and sustainment of change efforts

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent**:

- **A minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in Change Management or other relevant positions**:

- **Change Management Professional designation is an asset (ACMP - CCMP; Prosci Certification)**:

- Proven experience developing and executing change management strategies, plans and risk assessments
- Proven ability to collaborate with project managers to integrate change plans with project management plans
- Ability to lead a team of Change professionals to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of change activities
- Detailed understanding of the impacts of organizational change on all parts of an organization including those directly impacted, those only peripherally impacted, and those who support the changes
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills
