**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform general accounting functions (A/R, A/P, deposit, cheques, etc.)
- Process deals and reconcile schedules pertaining to deals
- Reconcile credit card statements and other accounts
- Assist in closing month adhering to deadlines
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years previous accounting experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK
- Accounting Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong team work and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet deadlines
