**Front Desk Coordinator - Elite Spa Group**

**Location**: St. Catharines

**Job Type**: 30+ hours/week

Elite Spa Group is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated **Front Desk Coordinator** to be the face of our luxury spa experience. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and a drive for sales and business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and assisting guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage spa bookings and ensure seamless scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling transactions, processing payments, and managing client records.
- Proactively promote spa services, memberships, and retail products to increase sales and guest engagement.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and in-spa promotions.
- Maintain the front desk area to reflect the spa’s high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Work closely with spa management and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in inventory management for retail and backbar products.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and guest retention.

- **Marketing & Social Media Savvy**: A plus if you enjoy engaging with guests online and supporting marketing efforts.
