**YOUR MISSIONS**:
Under the responsibility of the accounts payable supervisor, the incumbent helps the accounts payable agents by performing the tasks inherent in the management of accounts payable (large volume entry) to be received while ensuring follow-up with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Enter invoices obtained and reconcile against cost estimates.
- Issue memos to operational departments for invoices that do not correspond to the estimated costs and follow up with the various stakeholders.
- Follow up on potential disputes with the various stakeholders.
- Comply with the ISO procedures established by the Company, including issuing non-conformities and complaints.
- Other duties as defined by the immediate supervisor.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- DEC or equivalent in education.
- Excellent sense of organization and proactive.
- Ability to manage own time and workload to meet internal and external expectations.
- Experience in a logistics company (an asset).
- Must be proficient in all areas of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual English and French
