Job/Position Summary:
Organizational Status:
The Intermediate QA Analyst will be working closely with the Project Management Team to understand requirements and provide estimated effort for testing within a given project. They will also be working with the development team to identify and resolve issues. Collaborative development of test plans, manual or automated, will be shared amongst the QA team to ensure uniformity.

Responsibilities Include:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Understanding business requirement documentation and providing a criterion for testing related to project
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
- Test, troubleshoot and critique software components and interfaces in technical depth
- Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release
- Provide feedback to the development team and work closely with projects leads to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
- Deliver work in compliance with quality assurance standards while working independently and with other team members in following best practices and scripting
- Experience with test automation using Selenium with Java
- Strong knowledge of Java Programming OOP concepts and test automation frameworks.

Education/Work Experience:

- A Degree or Diploma in the Computer Science or related discipline.
- Ability to work with ASP & ASP.NET & frameworks
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC fundamentals
- 3-5 years demonstrated work experience in testing and or software development
- Knowledge of structured test methods and processes

- Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces.
- Excellent English communication skills - written and oral

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
