Join our vibrant team as a Bilingual (French/English) Health Coach We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to bring their expertise to empowering women. As a valued member of our diverse team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our members toward healthier lifestyles. Utilizing virtual appointments, you'll provide compassionate and collaborative care, with a special emphasis on women's health and wellness during midlife. **Role Overview**
- Conduct personalized virtual appointments to educate members on health interventions for managing menopause symptoms. Tailor interventions to individual needs, medical history, and desired outcomes. Provide detailed health education and self-care techniques, including conventional, alternative, and lifestyle approaches. Support members in understanding medication and supplementation options, while developing personalized care plans to address their midlife health needs.
- Manage member communication and ensure accurate documentation in a dedicated EMR system.
- Implement interventions and habit development strategies to help members achieve their goals. Maintain proficiency in quality clinical charting to ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Offer continuous support, encouragement, and assistance to our members.
- Hold a clinical designation, such as RPN, with a minimum of 2 years of expertise in midlife complementary care, including nutrition, supplementation, mental health, exercise, and lifestyle approaches.
- Source and facilitate referrals to external healthcare, mental health, and community resources when necessary.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems, possessing outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, embodying initiative, empathy, positivity, and a collaborative spirit.
- Actively participate and collaborate to elevate our service standards and enhance the member experience.
- Vibrant energy, proactive mindset, and keen attention to detail is a must
- Stay informed of North American Menopause Society clinical guidelines and standards for menopause practice.
- Eager to seize opportunities, embraces change, and actively generates and brings creative ideas and improvements to fruition.
