**Requirements**:
Organization and management of incoming and current reservations including initial paperwork, coordinating registration at multiple buildings
Basic bookkeeping skills a bonus
Responsible for effective and timely communication to partners and owners, as well as producing occupancy reporting
Actively work to build positive working relationships with business partners and clients
Day to day coordination of reservations as well as guest services updates, suite maintenance, and housekeeping
Maintaining efficient communication with condominium corporations pertaining to upcoming or in house guests
Responding to all inquiries and escalate stakeholder concerns as required to maintain positive relationships
Work independently to create monthly invoicing for all corporate clients while ensuring strict adherence to the protection of client information

Is this you?
Hospitality or Property management experience
Accomplished in Microsoft Office (inclusive of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and Outlook)
Ability to create a sense of urgency and to influence clients
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
Great communication skills in English, including the ability to actively listen to clients needs

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
