**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are safe for use.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any follow-up actions required.
- Assist with renovations or remodeling projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a solid understanding of general maintenance practices.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and other repair techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
