**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work on-site handling inbound customer inquiries. You’ll support existing clients, provide information about products and services, and help resolve any issues or concerns, all while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

**Your role will include**:

- Responding to inbound calls from Reliance customers
- Answering questions about WH/HVAC products and protection plans
- Assisting customers with grievances, service appointments, and account updates
- Providing exceptional service and support with a friendly, professional attitude
- Upselling or offering value-added services where appropriate

**What You Bring to the Table**
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer databases

**Work Schedule**
- Full-time, Permanent Position
- 8 to 9-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday role
- Weekend scheduling based on client needs

**Compensation**
- **Hourly Wage: $17.20**:

- **Added Commissions on top**:

- Paid training - with condition of minimum 1 year commitment
