Closing Manager

Overview:
Join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar, as a Closing Manager we are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality and team management to oversee the closing operations and ensure a smooth end to each day.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of [POS], kitchen, and hospitality staff during closing hours.
- Manage the closing procedures efficiently, including cash handling, inventory checks, and securing the premises.
- Coordinate with other managers to ensure all tasks are completed before the end of the shift.
- Oversee closing activities to maintain quality standards.
- Implement strategies to optimize closing procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a supervising or team management role within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems, kitchen operations, and hotel environments is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and ensure smooth operations during closing hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$36.94 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
