**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers
- Control access to the premises by permitting or denying entry
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms, and respond to emergencies or disturbances
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities

**Skills**:

- Loss Prevention: Knowledge of techniques to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security risks
- Law Enforcement: Familiarity with laws, regulations, and procedures related to security operations
- CCTV: Ability to operate and monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems effectively
- Surveillance: Proficiency in observing people, objects, or processes to gather information for security purposes
