**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage veterinary scheduling, check in appointments, create accurate invoices and process paperwork as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness of front end and exam rooms, rotating stock as needed
- Collaborate with entire veterinary team to ensure a seamless client and pet experience.
- Knowledge of basic pet care, including exotics is an asset.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about retail product updates, marketing strategies, and other veterinary trends to provide knowledgeable support.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the animal care industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on patient and client satisfaction

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
