**Maintenance Person**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular lawn care including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Operate and maintain tractors, snow blowers, mowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Remove snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks, and entrances using plows, tractors, or hand tools
- Inspect and maintain outdoor property areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Perform minor repairs and upkeep as required on grounds and equipment
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall or storms
- Safely operate equipment and follow all safety guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance
- Experience operating tractors and outdoor maintenance machinery
- Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment or materials when needed
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
