**Title**: Specialist, Knowledge Exchange
**Salary**: $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term until March 31, 2027
**Hours**: 8:30am - 4:30 pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Park Royal Office, Metro Vancouver located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil
- Waututh Nations - (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after Oct 2025

**About the role**

As a Specialist in Knowledge Exchange, you will act as an expert resource in developing and implementing culturally safe approaches to knowledge exchange, information dissemination, and education for Indigenous communities, health service providers, researchers, and policymakers. This role leads Knowledge Exchange activities by creating processes, tools, and translating research and practice for diverse audiences both within and outside of BC. Working collaboratively with team members and partners, you will contribute to the development of a consolidated research agenda and knowledge exchange products, providing specialized expertise in knowledge exchange and dissemination.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have;
**Education**
- Master’s Degree in a related field such as health policy, public health, community health, Indigenous governance, political or social science or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in knowledge exchange/knowledge mobilization.
- Recent and relevant experience in project management.
- Experience working with First Nations.
- Experience working in health research and/or public health.
- Understanding of Indigenous ways of knowing and OCAP® principles and ethics is an asset.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
