**Responsibilities**:
**Day to Day Dispatcher**:

- Receive orders from vendors and accurately enter customer orders and other information into our system
- Build delivery routes using our inhouse routing system
- Coordinate schedules in the most cost effective and time efficient manner
- Handle both emergency and non-emergency calls
- Track, update and record all calls/logs and data in our software programs
- Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, service, etc.
- Follow up on any delivery delays in a timely manner
- Oversee all field units and track delivery status of products
- Inform field units about orders and traffic issues/delays that may affect their route
- Provide OTP reports to upper management as required

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience as a dispatcher/planner or similar position
- Fast typing skills
- Experience in MS Excel (a must)
- Experience in data entry
- Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Quick Start, ability to make decision quickly and effectively
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum - High school diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $57,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
